The ski season begins!

The ski season has officially begun. Brighton has been open for over a week and we finally made it up on Saturday! They had a special if you wore BYU or Utah apparel then you got in for only 22.50 (great deal!). They boys took lessons for the morning and then we ski/ boarded all together. Here are a few pics.

Friday we had a Thanksgiving Feast as part of our nutrition unit. Here are a few pictures of my class and Kage since he is in first grade he got to participate too!

Oh the feast! I loved that day!! It was always so much fun. You have 4 wheelers for summer and skies for winter. What a fun active way to hang out!!

How much fun it looks like you had on your first day on the slopes. I'm jealous of the fun day you had. The feast looks like a lot of fun too!

Skiing already? Looks like so much fun! Definitely jelous! I can't believe how big Kage looks. It's crazy that he is in 1st grade already. The "feast" looks like a lot of fun for the kids...I love elementary school.

Wow, skiing/boarding looks like lots of fun! I'm assuming you are the one on the skis. Your boys look like they are doing really well at boarding. I have to agree with Ashley on the elementary school thing. So fun and creative!

I can't tell what apparel you wore...I sure hope it was the U! Glad you made it up...I haven't been skiing in 2 years! Not normal living in a ski town and growing up skiing every saturday!

Love the feast...makes me sad.
