Yesterday we spent the morning out at UROC monthly rocket shoot. We all had rockets to shoot off that we had been working on for the last few weeks.
Kelly didn't get to shoot his big rocket off because he wasn't able to get ahold of any one to find his certification information.
While we were out at the shoot he got the information he need took and passed the test and now just has to pass the rocket flying part of the test. Maybe next month. Mom and Dad came out to shoot Dad's rocket that we gave him and he put together. 
We had some fun and successful launches.
Kage lost a couple of fins on his last flight and David's parachute broke but things were pretty good compared to others.
One person out there wasn't so successful. This rocket went straight up and straight down. 
The nose cone went about a foot in the ground.
We felt bad for him but were glad none of our rockets did that! (At least this time) There is a sane out at the shoots. There are two kinds of rockets those that have crashed and those that will crash.

Misty, we had such a fun morning! Thanks for inviting us and making the rocket possible. It turned out to be a real bonding experience. We want to do it again but be more prepared the next time. Great pictures!
Sounds like lots of fun! It would be really cool to watch one of those.
How fun! I bet that is so fun for your boys! I want to see it!
