Yesterday was the annual Polar Plunge. It was held at the Pelican Point Marina again. This year we got three generations to jump. Kelly got his dad to jump and David and Kage to jump with him. David chickened out at the last second so Kelly, his Dad Evan, Kage, Kelly's friend Toby, and a guy named Mel (he joined their team the night before and introduced himself to Kelly at the plunge) all jumped together. Here they are waiting for their turn to jump.
Great faces as they jump! Kage was the youngest jumper of the day and Evan was one of the oldest.
Kage waited for Kelly to jump so that Kelly could catch him when he jumped.
Kage was climbing Kelly and Grandpa like a cat in water. He did not want to touch the water anymore.
Kelly finally talked David into jumping. So Kelly jumped a second time.

He practically had to pull David in with him. David clung to him so tight.
As he was getting out David just kept saying "Get me out of here, get me out of here." A picture similar to this made the Salt Lake Tribune story about the Polar Plunge.
Here's most of the team after the plunge! They all did a great job. Thanks to all of the friends and family that donated to their cause. They managed to raise over 1000 dollars!

Brrrr....glad it was fun! Looks like you got some really good pictures! I'm impressed that both the boys jumped...hopefully it was a relatively warm day outside.
