Here Kage and Kelly are talking to a reporter.
They finally got to dry off.
Here is an extremly shaky video that you can kind of see them jumping.
My Brother Cameron and his Fiance Kathryn were very spontaneous and decided to jump in, even though they had no change of clothes.
We spent the morning out shooting rockets. (I forgot my camera for that part) Kelly was trying to certify to a level II which means he can shoot, bigger engines that go faster and higher. The rocket went up great but the parachute got tangled and didn't open so the rocket crashed. It will fly again someday but it needs a little repair work. Hopefully he will be able to try again in March. My Dad flew his rocket a couple of times and my brother flew his a few times too. All in all it was still a fun morning. My father-in-law took lots of pictures at the rocket shoot and the polar plunge so if we ever get pictures I will post them sometime. A big thanks to all of those who donated money to Kelly and Kage for the Polar plunge!

That is awesome! We talked about coming out to watch, but didn't make it. It would have been cool to see - - Kage is such a trooper. I can't believe Cam and Kathryn - - CRAZY!! Couldn't have had it on a better day as far as sunshine goes, though...
Way to go Kage and Kelly! Wish we could have seen it in person...it looks like it was a nice day for swimmin in the ice. Thanks for posting pictures!
That to me seems crazy! I am glad that they would do it for special olympics. That is Awesome! I bet you wish you were here where it was 75 today!
